Acceptance of Orders
Sunshine Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to accept or reject any order or class reservation prior to delivery or presentation, at our discretion. The receipt of an order confirmation email is not acceptance of an order. Due to security concerns, it is possible that customer information will be subject to verification.
If your order is accepted, you agree to pay the full price, including shipping (if applicable) and sales tax (if applicable) shown on the checkout page. If there are additional services required, you agree to pay for these services (which will be quoted prior to shipment).
We reserve the right to limit quantities at our sole discretion.
Price and Availability
Product, service and class prices can change from time to time, based on supplier or provider cost changes or competitive market forces, without notice. Pricing errors may occur on the website or through Sunshine Yoga & Wellness locations. Sunshine Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice. Sunshine Yoga & Wellness may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Pricing for products, services and classes may be different on the website or from prices available in our studio.
All products, services and classes advertised for sale on this site are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any products, services and classes for any reason, we will not charge you for such products, services and classes. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products, services and classes.
Product Descriptions / Typographical Errors
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of product information on MySunshineYoga.com. However, vendors occasionally alter products, packaging or ingredients without notifying us. It is possible products and packaging may differ from the descriptions contained on this site. You should not rely solely on information contained on this site before using a product. If you have questions about a product, please contact the manufacturer directly.
In the event a product, service or class is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information due to typographical error, or incorrect product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products, services or classes. Sunshine Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. Sunshine Yoga & Wellness assumes no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements contained on this website.
Shipping
Sunshine Yoga & Wellness primarily utilizes the services of UPS and USPS for delivery to the address you provide while ordering of most items.
Most Products are in stock and will ship the same or next business day, but we cannot guarantee same day or next day shipment on any order. “Business day” is defined as Monday – Friday, during the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Friday, or over the weekend, are typically shipped on Monday. Occasionally, because of stock issues or because we need to ship products direct from a manufacturer, delivery times may be affected.
Upon signature for the receipt of the products at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you.
Cancellations
We employ a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Please advise your service provider if you cannot make your appointment within 24 hours to avoid being charged.
Once an order for a product is submitted, it typically cannot be cancelled. Refused shipments for undamaged products will incur the cost of return shipping being deducted from any refund, including, if applicable, any restocking fee by the manufacturer.
Returns / Restocking Fees
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return any unopened product(s) within 30 days, in the original packaging, for a full refund or credit, less shipping expenses.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please call us at (765) 479-1111 to request an RMA number.

Sunshine Yoga & Wellness quality policy ensures that employees and management throughout our organization are knowledgeable of and actively utilizing continuous quality improvement principals. Each employee is committed to teamwork and focused on achieving customer satisfaction goals.
Customer satisfaction is our primary focus. We are committed to delivering products and services on-time and at a competitive price. Products and services shall exhibit high reliability through quality design and workmanship standards.
Customer, employees, and suppliers are considered vital to our success and shall be treated fairly and with respect. Our employees are knowledgeable of and consistently use prevention based continuous quality improvement methods.
General Warranty Policies
Sunshine Yoga & Wellness will pass on to its customers each manufacturer’s standard limited warranty, if any.
If a product you purchased through Sunshine Yoga & Wellness fails during the warranty period, you must contact us before returning the product, to determine the proper return or repair procedure.
All terms of the warranty must be met.
Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service. Every customer must carefully read through the terms and conditions stated in the warranty.
Some warranties are limited to the retail price paid for the product. NEITHER WARRANTOR NOR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT AND SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. These warranties do not cover miscellaneous expenses for removal, installation, service, or down time, nor does it cover material, labor, or additional parts required for replacement or repair of damages caused by abuse (including misuse, neglect, or failure to follow manufacture’s operating and/or installation instructions).
Coupon Codes / Promotions
MySunshineYoga.com reserves the right to limit the use of coupon codes. Coupon codes are valid for use one time only, and only one per business/household/customer. Coupon codes cannot be combined, stacked or used with other promotional offers.
We sometimes have special offers where quantities are limited for specially priced items. Sunshine Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to cancel orders that exceed the stated promotional quantity maximum.
Purchase Orders
Sunshine Yoga & Wellness accepts pre-approved purchase orders from schools, government agencies, hospitals, and businesses that prove to have great credit. Purchase order terms are Net 10 days. More details are available on our purchase orders page.
Purchase Orders are not accepted from individuals. Purchase Orders are not accepted from any company or organization without being PRE-APPROVED.
If you desire to open a “payment term” account with MySunshineYoga.com, please click the link to our credit application, and follow the instructions on the form. Sunshine Yoga & Wellness Credit Application. You may scan and email the form to sales@MySunshineYoga.com.
We check all applications with a credit reporting agency as well as report payment histories, and will let you know as soon as possible if your account has been approved for payment terms.
