I discovered yoga while in my Freshman year of high school. After practicing Yoga for Healing for 8 years I came to feel as if it were my purpose to bring this healing to others; yoga has become a way of life for me. I began yoga for healing with the intention to manage my Epilepsy, as well as my mental health.
I am a 200 HR Certificated Yoga and Ayurveda Specialist, as well as an Certified in Restorative, and Chair Yoga.
My approach to yoga remains focused on balancing the mind and heart, chakra work, as well as strength and flexibility to help us feel more in-tune with our authentic selves and awaken our natural energy to be more present in our everyday lives.
