Mommy and Me Postnatal Restorative Yoga

Mommy & Me Yoga class

Postnatal restorative yoga offers new mothers the opportunity to rebuild muscle strength, stability, and flexibility, reduce stress, exercise pelvic floor muscles, connect with babies through baby yoga/massage, and socialize with other moms. We welcome babies, newborns to crawlers. Please consult your doctor before engaging in any exercise.

No previous yoga experience required. Please bring a baby blanket & favorite baby toy. Babies are welcome to feed on demand during class.
