Kid Yoga

Join us for our kids yoga course starting January 21st through March 4th. This course is split up by age groups and uses different themes and stories to engage children’s minds and bodies. It introduces beginner yoga poses, breath work and meditation through age appropriate stories and using the children’s imagination. Come have fun with us!
