Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga offers an opportunity for all levels to practice whole-person wellness. With functional physical postures, yogic breathing, and mindfulness, Gentle yoga classes will be accessible and leave you feeling strong and refreshed. You can expect to practice poses while reclined, seated, and standing. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to cultivate and practice yogic breathing and various forms of meditation.
