Embodied prayer is a practice that brings mind, body, soul, and spirit together with intention to connect with God, ourselves, and others. We will use scripture, spiritual readings, poems, and prayers to ground us in our intentions. From there we will use gentle yoga poses and breath practices to integrate our prayer and intentions into our bodies. We will end with a time of meditation and blessing.
All you will need is your yoga mat, pillow, blanket and sometimes a chair.
