Women's Boxing class

Women’s Boxing is a twice a week, 6 week small group training workshop. YOU WILL LOVE THIS CLASS!  This class helps you learn self-defense techniques, increase strength, power, core strength, and balance all while burning a ton of calories. Be prepared to jump rope, learn boxing moves, and engage in strength training during this intense workout!
