Ashtanga Yoga

This class is for yogis with a few years of experience or who maintain a rigorous exercise regimen*. We will slowly build on each class to learn the first series, learning new poses in the traditional style of Ashtanga. Blocks will be provided!

* This class is not recommended for anyone with high blood pressure or serious injuries.
