Hump Day HIIT is a high-intensity interval training class that involves repeated bouts of high-intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. HIIT training can easily be modified for people of all fitness levels and special conditions, such as overweight and diabetes. You’ll lose weight, build muscle, and boost your metabolism. Plus there’s a post-workout bonus: Your body will burn calories for about 2 hours after you exercise!
